BUSINESS ANALYST SUPPLY CHAIN

THE COMPANY

 

The Company designs, manufactures and markets innovative, high-quality, high-performance motorized products for recreation and utility use. The product lines consist of all-terrain recreation and utility off-road vehicles (ORVs); snowmobiles; motorcycles and related parts, garments and accessories.

 

The Company sells its products through a network of approximately 1,500 independent dealers in North America, and 7 subsidiaries and 43 distributors in approximately 130 countries outside of North America. The Company has 6 independent European Subsidiaries and counted 3,300 employees worldwide in 2008.

 

As part of a global growth strategy, the Company is establishing a Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) Headquarters office in Geneva and has plans to build a broader, fully integrated business.

 

In order to support and manage its development, the company is now looking for a Business Analyst Supply Chain for its EMEA Headquarters in Geneva.

 


THE POSITION


The
Business Analyst will work on projects related to the creation, modification and support of the company’s international ERP system, and the integrations to other systems. The position serves as a liaison between business users and developers. The main duties include system design and analysis, system support, and implementation.

The position reports to the Applications Manager.

THE PROFILE
 

·        The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of successful experience in supply chain system implementation in an international environment

·        Previous experience performing business analysis and writing functional and technical specifications

·        Good knowledge of ERP systems

·        Knowledge of Dynamics-AX system is a strong plus

·        Other software knowledge (Biztalk, SharePoint, CRM, EDI, AS400) is useful

·        Industry knowledge in consumer goods/recreation vehicles is a strong plus

·        Excellent analytical and customer service skills

·        Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

·        University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or related field

·        Excellent English language skills are required both oral and written.  Knowledge of French and/or other languages would be an advantage

·        Ability to travel internationally
