In order to face strong international development needs, Dynamic Architecture Group is building up a team of professionals able to take in charge its Dynamic Tower Projects and asked us to look for a Lead Architect to be based in Florence and act worldwide.

THE COMPANY

The DYNAMIC CLUB is devised of a group of world leader “Associated” companies involved in the Design and Engineering, supply of technology, products, maintenance services and other contributions that may be integrated in the development of the Rotating Tower, a completely new approach to the construction industry. The Group is also active as a developer and co-developer of Rotating Towers.

INFINITY DESIGN is the Architectural Office of the Group located in Florence.

THE POSITION

Directly reporting to INFINITY DESIGN Chief Architect (Mr. David Fisher), the Lead Architect will be responsible for:

• Project co-ordination and development;
• Leading design activities and reviews;
• Providing field assistance to Chief Architect in supervising Architectural and Interior sub-contractors performance and coordination of disciplines within the Dubai Tower Project;
• Liaising with Senior Project Engineer team to ensure resolution of construction technical issues and queries;
• Reviewing technical specifications;
• Preparing and / or reviewing design change requests / notices;
• Monitoring achievement of the project budget and schedule;
• Participating in meetings related to production, pre-assembling and site installations.

THE CANDIDATE

It is required for the candidate a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, combined with a minimum of 5 years’ previous international professional experience. In addition, the right candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Technical knowledge of architectural and interior design, materials of construction, building systems, interdisciplinary coordination and construction process with a high degree of complexity and high quality finishes;
• Experience on project management;
• Experience in design of tall buildings or large construction projects;
• Team work abilities;
• International experience;
• Fluency in English.
