For more than 20 years Martin Ellis has held senior executive profit responsible positions in the Support Services sector in the UK and overseas. Before that he had a wide experience in magazine and newspaper publishing.

Martin’s foundation was in sales and marketing, but he developed a record of leading and managing businesses to growth through organic sales and by acquisition. He has had a broad exposure to most of the key areas of business, especially during his time with the Rentokil Initial Group for whom he worked in the UK and Australia, most latterly as the Managing Director of the UK Pest Control business. He has also had international profit responsibility for businesses in the USA, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, Scandinavia, Ireland, Switzerland, Greece, Holland and Portugal.

Martin was a SAM Headhunters customer when he was reorganising the management of Rentokil Initial in Scandinavia. He appreciates what business needs and how important it is that SAM continues to deliver to specification, and on time.
